CYBERCUBE ACADEMY PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice describes the types of information CyberCube Analytics Inc, and its subsidiaries ("Company" or "we") will collect from and about you as a user of CyberCube Academy ("you" or "your")  and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

 

This Privacy Notice applies to information we collect:

  • through your access to and use of CyberCube Academy; and 
  • in email, text, and other electronic messages through your use of CyberCube Academy.

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully. By accessing or using CyberCube Academy, you hereby agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice may change from time to time and your continued use of CyberCube Academy after we have made such changes shall be deemed your acceptance of these changes. 

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We collect the following personal information about you through and for your use of CyberCube Academy: 

  • your name, your job title, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address and any other general and online identifiers by which you may be contacted online or offline; 
  • your internet connection, the equipment you use to access  CyberCube Academy and usage metrics such as frequency of your logins and features and materials frequently accessed and downloaded, IP addresses, information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies.

With the exception of the information set out above, we do not collect, process, store and/or use any other information about you.

 

Information You Provide to Us  

The information we collect on or through CyberCube Academy may include:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on CyberCube Academy. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use CyberCube Academy or where you are requesting further information or have queries about CyberCube Academy. We may also ask you for information when you participate in CyberCube Academy conferences, webinars and training sessions or when you report a problem to us;
  • records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us; and
  • your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes to improve CyberCube Academy.

 

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies  

As you access, use and navigate through CyberCube Academy, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • details of your visits to CyberCube Academy including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on CyberCube Academy; and
  • information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

 

The information we collect automatically is generally only statistical data and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect from you separately. It helps us to improve CyberCube Academy and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

  • store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize CyberCube Academy according to your individual interests; and
  • recognize you when you return to CyberCube Academy.

  • to grant you access to and use of the content, training materials and other programmes made available to you via the CyberCube Academy platform; 
  • to fulfil our contractual obligations to your employer in respect of providing you with CyberCube Academy and for any other related purpose for which you provide your personal information;
  • to notify you about changes to CyberCube Academy or any related products or services we offer;
  • to allow you to participate in interactive features on CyberCube Academy;
  • to inform you about conferences, webinars and other networking events that may be of interest to you based on your use of CyberCube Academy;
  • in any other way we may describe when you provide the information; or
  • for any other purpose with your consent.

 

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose aggregated information about you and in some cases, information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: 

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. You may request that we delete the personal information that we have collected from you.

You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discriminatory treatment prohibited by the CCPA.

You may exercise your right to your information, access and deletion by emailing us at compliance@cybcube.com providing evidence of your residency in California. We reserve the right not to process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity and your residency. 

 

CHANGES TO OUR POLICY

We will post any changes we make to this Privacy Notice on the CyberCube Academy webpage. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will notify you through a notice via CyberCube Academy. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Notice at anytime to comply with applicable laws.
